Cataluna brings a Mediterranean tapas lounge to Jacksonville's Southside — small plates built on bold spices and fresh seafood, poured alongside a serious cocktail and wine program. The dining room runs Tuesday through Sunday and the lounge keeps going late Thursday through Saturday, so it works just as well for a long dinner as it does for a nightcap. There is a dress code, so check before you go.
